MISSION:
*To meet the health and wellness education needs of our church and community.
GOALS: **To improve public awareness of illnesses & diseases that affect men, women & children in our community; by providing education on causes, early detection and prevention.
**To promote Healthy Attitudes,Healthy Diets, Activities and Lifestyles.
**To offer health screenings and provide educational tools / resources in conjunction with Orange County Health Dept, Hospitals/Clinics in the surrounding area and referrals to local wellness programs.
We challenge you to be more accountable for the Stewardship of your Body. ******************************************************************************************************* Sis Sandra Battle (Medical Staff Coordinator, Saddleback Hospital) and
Sis Jackie Carter (RN Case Manager/Clinic Coordinator, Veteran's Health Administation) work together coordinating activities to meet the goals listed above.
